  • Do you offer in-person readings or only online?
    Our readings are offered online only. They are conducted via e-mail or WhatsApp.

  • What is your refunds policy?
    We are committed to providing a high-quality service. However, we do not offer refunds once a reading or service has been provided. If you're dissatisfied with your reading, please reach out within 48 hours, and we'll do our best to address your concerns. All purchases, including email readings and WhatsApp message packages, are non-refundable once completed. In the event of any technical issues or errors, we will work with you to resolve them promptly. T&C's apply.
