Oracle’s Lantern provides psychic readings, including tarot, pendulum readings, intuitive guidance, and email and WhatsApp message readings. Our services are available online to clients around the world. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, social media platforms, and any services provided by Oracle’s Lantern.

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By engaging with Oracle’s Lantern, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Nature of Readings

Oracle’s Lantern provides spiritual and intuitive services that are meant to offer guidance and insights. These services are for entertainment purposes only, and any decisions made by clients following a reading are their own responsibility. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our readings, as they are based on current energies and circumstances, which can change.

4. Health and Legal Disclaimer

Oracle’s Lantern’s services are not a substitute for professional health, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any medical conditions, nor do we provide legal or financial guidance. If you have a specific health concern, legal issue, or financial matter, we recommend consulting with a licensed professional in those areas.

5. Payment and Pricing

All readings must be paid in full before the service is provided. Payment methods will be provided at the time of booking. Prices for our services are clearly listed on our website and/or social media platforms. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but clients will be notified of any price changes before booking.

The discount code "ORACLE20" offers 20% off a customer’s first WhatsApp message or voice note reading. This promotion is available to new customers only and can be used once per customer. It applies to a single eligible product and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. The code has no cash value, is non-transferable, and any misuse (such as multiple uses or use by existing customers) may result in order cancellation and/or account suspension.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your reading, you are entitled to request a refund. To receive a refund, you must email us at support@oracles-lantern.com within 14 days following the date of your reading. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Once we have received and reviewed your refund request, we will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of your email.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

7. Client Communication and Response Time

For WhatsApp message and voice note readings, once your reader makes contact, it is important that you respond within a reasonable time frame. If no response is received within 48 hours of the initial contact, Oracle’s Lantern reserves the right to close the conversation without providing a refund. If clarification is needed, your reader may ask follow-up questions within the 2-3 minute minimum duration of your reading, depending on the nature of your inquiry.

8. Confidentiality

All readings and personal information shared during sessions are confidential. We do not share your personal details with third parties unless required by law. Your privacy is important to us, and we take steps to protect your information in accordance with data protection regulations, including the UK’s Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Limitation of Liability

Oracle’s Lantern provides services with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. By using our services, you agree that Oracle’s Lantern is not responsible for the choices and actions you take following a reading.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any changes made to the terms and conditions.

12. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing a reading, clients agree to provide accurate and honest information to ensure the reader can provide meaningful insights. Any form of abusive language or inappropriate behavior towards our readers will result in the termination of the reading and possible account suspension.

13. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Oracle’s Lantern, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and readings, is the intellectual property of Oracle’s Lantern and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.

14. Force Majeure

Oracle’s Lantern is not responsible for any delays or failures in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, strikes, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events.

15. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Oracle’s Lantern is not responsible for the content or services offered on these third-party sites. We encourage clients to review the terms and conditions of any external sites they visit.

16. Payment Disputes/Chargebacks

If a client disputes a payment or initiates a chargeback, Oracle’s Lantern reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of the client involved. Any fraudulent activity or chargebacks will be taken seriously and may result in the client being banned from using our services.

17. Refunds for Technical Issues

In the event of technical difficulties preventing a reading from being completed or significantly impacting the service provided, clients may request a refund or an alternative solution. Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of the reading.
