Tiny Tarot: Daily Guidance (Subscription Only)
At Oracle’s Lantern, we strive to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service and insight from our readings, including our Tiny Tarot Daily Guidance subscription. However, we understand that expectations may not always be met. Below is our refund policy, designed to provide transparency and support for our clients.
Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with your daily guidance subscription, you are eligible for a refund of the current month’s payment. To request a refund, please submit your request within 14 days of your payment by emailing us at support@oracles-lantern.com.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, we will review your case and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of payment will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds cannot be granted for daily guidance already received or for services that have been completed in accordance with the subscription terms and conditions.
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at support@oracles-lantern.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours.
Modifications or Cancellations
You may cancel your daily guidance subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed and daily guidance has begun for the month, no modifications or refunds can be granted for that period. Future charges will be canceled upon your request.
