Refund and Return Policy
At Oracleโs Lantern, we strive to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service and insight from our readings. However, we understand that sometimes things may not meet expectations. Below is our refund policy, designed to provide transparency and support for our clients.

Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with your reading, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please submit your request within 14 days of receiving your reading by emailing us at support@oracles-lantern.com. -
Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, we will review your case and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. -
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the reading will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds cannot be granted for completed services that have met the outlined expectations and descriptions at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund
Please email us at support@oracles-lantern.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours. -
Modifications or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your reading before it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a reading has been completed and sent to you, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
